BOOKING TERMS: By selecting “Submit” on this webpage, you agree to the following terms and conditions with BEAR & EMMA INVESTMENTS PTY LIMITED trading as Bidgee Golf Shop. (“Bidgee Golf Travel”), which are legally binding. You represent and warrant that you are authorized and capable of accepting these terms. These terms apply to the booking of a tour (“Tour”) conducted by Bidgee Golf Travel, in consideration of the fees paid.

INSURANCE: Adequate insurance covering health, travel, and other risks is mandatory. Keep a copy of your insurance certificate during the Tour. Bidgee Golf Travel will assist with any insurance claims.

DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS: An initial deposit or full payment, as specified by Bidgee Golf Travel, must be paid before your booking is confirmed. The full payment, is due by the 30 days prior to the tour departure date. If full payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be canceled without notice. Bidgee Golf Travel reserves the right to re-calculate costs to reinstate your booking and may apply late payment fees at their discretion. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the terms outlined below.

CHANGES IN ITINERARY & FORCE MAJEURE: While Bidgee Golf Travel aims to follow the published itinerary, changes may be necessary due to factors beyond our control, such as natural events, weather, holidays, strikes, war, civil disturbances, pandemics, government advice, breakdowns, medical or customs issues, alterations, cancellations, delays, or golf course unavailability. Where possible, substitutions will be made to the nearest equivalent standard.

TOUR COSTS: Prices are per person, based on twin/double or single room occupancy, and include all items and services described in the itinerary at the time of booking. Additional costs, including airfares, personal items, laundry, drinks, and consumables, are your responsibility.

HEALTH & FITNESS: A good level of health and fitness is required for activities included in the Tour. You must inform Bidgee Golf Travel of any pre-existing medical conditions that could affect the tour. While we do not customize tours for individuals, we will assist with special needs where possible, which may incur additional costs.

RESPONSIBILITY: Bidgee Golf Travel acts as a booking agent, making reservations with service providers. We are not responsible for any loss or injury caused by third-party operators, ground-tour managers, or their representatives. We ensure accurate communication at the time of booking but are not liable for subsequent changes or price variations.

APARTMENT SHARE: If you are matched with another person for apartment sharing, Bidgee Golf Travel is not responsible if the match is unsatisfactory. Should a new room booking be necessary due to behavior issues, you may be liable for the additional cost.

LUGGAGE LIMITS: Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one golf bag. Extra charges may apply for additional luggage. Airlines have their own baggage restrictions; please check with your airline. Excess baggage fees are your responsibility.

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUESTS: While we strive to accommodate special dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that all hotels and restaurants will meet these requirements.

PAYMENT: Payments can be made via Direct Deposit or through our website using Stripe. Fees and charges may apply for credit card payments.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: Cancellation requests must be in writing. Cancellations made at least 21 days before departure incur a fee equal to 20% of the tour fee; those made within 14 days incur a 50% fee; and those within 48 hours incur a 100% fee. Airline and supplier cancellation fees may also apply. No refunds are given for unused services or missed parts of the holiday package. Refunds for pre, post, or optional packages are subject to the suppliers' policies.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any disputes will be resolved at the absolute discretion of Bidgee Golf Travel. Binding arbitration in Canberra, ACT, administered by the Institute of Arbitration and Mediation of Australia (IAMA), will resolve disputes that cannot be settled amicably.

MOTORISED CARTS: To drive a motorized cart, you must have a current driver's license and experience driving a golf cart. You are liable for any damage caused and must indemnify Bidgee Golf Travel against any claims arising from such incidents.

LIABILITY: Participation is at your own risk. Bidgee Golf Travel and its associates are not liable for any death, injury, property loss, or damage during the Tour. You must fully indemnify them from any claims related to your actions.

IMAGE CONSENT: By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the use of your image in photographs or recordings for promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please contact us.

GOVERNING LAW & ARBITRATION: These terms are governed by the laws of the ACT, Australia. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Canberra, ACT.

NO WAIVER: A waiver of any right on one occasion does not waive that right on other occasions.

INTEGRATION: These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements.

INTERPRETATION: Singular terms include the plural and vice versa. References to persons include bodies corporate and other entities. Dollar amounts refer to Australian dollars.

ATTORNEYS FEES AND COSTS: The prevailing party in any dispute will be entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

FURTHER DOCUMENTS: Parties will execute additional documents as necessary to carry out these terms.

NO ADDITIONAL TERMS: No additional terms in any other communication will be binding unless in a written agreement signed by both parties.
